Stopped in today (somewhat on the late side, sorry. =p) to pick up some xenia from paul.

Great tank, nice looking stuff (particularly dig the anemonae) and a great guy! a pleasure to work with. i highly recommend you follow his directions, its just easier.

btw, i hope that stalk we lost ended up somewhere ok. =p

I feel the same as Inleroo. I pick up some xenia also from Paul, I don't think mine is going to make it tho. Witch is my fault I think.

oh no what did you do to my precious xenia.

I think you where the one that said they were going to sew it on. Was it a bad idea? Im interested if that idea would work. I ve been told that it does by a few people now and am interested if it only works for curtain stuff or will it work for just about anything.

SNAFU 2 if you need some more you know i got plenty.

Thank you both for the kind words.

When I googled prop xenia I saw a video where they just cut the xenia, placed it on a small rock and rubberbanded a piece of bridle viel fabric over it. It said to leave it for a few days or a week and it will be attached. when ever I tried using a rubberband it just ripped right through it.

using a rubberband works fine for me when ever i need to attach it to a rock

I some times have issues with it cutting them in half too.
