LOL. I haven't begun the build process yet. I've been taking some time away from the hobby to begin studying for my CFA. I really hate not being able to run downstairs and tool around with the tank, but that will all change soon enough. There is also the matter of finances. The new tank with livestock will cost between $15,000 and $20,000  Not including the pop in electricity costs. Here is the breakdown of total costs...

Equipment $7,500 - $9,000
Tank w/ steel stand $4,500 - $6000
Livestock $5,000 - $6,500

I also need to obtain a business license so uncle sam doesn't bother me for not paying taxes on additional income :| With the business license, I can also lower my electrical costs.

I know there are quite a few people that are awaiting the build of the project, but I am taking my time to ensure everything is well thought out and done correctly.

I PROMISE that there will be a very detailed build thread once I begin construction. :D
