I would think the same water source would be best to rule out any variables between water sources.

That's probably true, but yikes

Sounds like I'll be digging out all the powerheads I own, containers for mixing too. But that should work fine, going home to check my TDS.

I can bring some buckets and powerheads if needed Mark, just let me know.

We don't need to mix a whole lot, i'd say a gallon of each would be sufficient. I think anything more would be a waste really. I don't know, just throwing out ideas.

Maybe we'll have to mix them all together at the end - test a salt that's actually balanced ;)

Though I'd happily w/c with what's left over.

If you need any buckets or pumps, let me know and I can bring a couple of each.

If anyone coming has an extra cup of live sand they can spare, I'd love some. My new tank is ready for fish but needs more life to settle the sand. I've got kenyan trees I can bring and green start polyps. Pm me or respond here. thanks a lot, Nancy

Alright, my TM Pro Reef showed up :)

I counted 4 available buckets and powerheads. So I should have at least one spare, possibly two [going to try to get some ready tonight].

I'd think if you guys each brought a bucket + powerhead [two for Eric?] ... we'd have more than enough.

all other salts welcome

Looking good, I've very interested to see what the results are.

See you tomorrow!

I know how to get to your house, but a reminder of which house is yours would be good (address) so I don't annoy your neighbors :)

Thanks!

I'm 3410.

831-3328, and I should have an IO bucket out front just to help tell mine from the 20 others that look exactly alike.
