Looks like a nice start, welcome to the salty side! What kind of camera did you use for the pictures - they're awfully blue, probably some settings you can change to make them turn out a bit better.

well after a long day of finding out my nitrates are very high...instead of buying the new fish i wanted i ended up going home with buckets of water and doing a 50% water change. bought another piece of live rock, and also added some of the barnacle coral i had laying around. with any luck tomorrow ill be buying my first fish i picked out! picks tomorrow as well since i changed the scape of it

havnt updated this in a while. i had cleaned up the nitrates problem and picked up a fairy wrasse and a yellow eye kole tang the next day along with some more crabs and snails. unfortunatly my tang decided he was going to be the town bully and scare my wrasse into constantly hiding. this leading to a very unhappy wrasse and myself. after talking to living art where i purchased him from i decided to bring him in so the bullying would stop and the wrasse could live happy without the constant bullying. happily they completly refunded my purchase price on him (had him less then a week and they are just awesome! thanks paul!) and picked up my attenata lionfish. as well as some money back with feeder for him! i brought him home and he is quite happy in his new 55 gallon home. the tang decided he was going to try and bully the lion and quickly learned that he was no longer the big man in town and got a little sting from him. safe to say i am very happy with my new tank mate and living art for being just awesome people and always helpful. anyways...enough babbling and onto some pictures!

another update. after being stung by my lion. the tang passed away while i was out of town. so i had a new spot to fill with a less agressive fish. (i wont be buying another tang anytime soon) living art had some new stock in on wednesday and i saw and instantly fell in love with a one spot foxface ive been wanting for a while. so i quickly bought him along with more live rock. the foxface is still pretty shy but starting to lighten up a bit and come out. ill be getting more rock as i go and will be getting a goby tomorrow. either the diamond or sand sifter. and possibly more rock. any suggestions on a good sand sifter goby? pics will be coming again tomorrow when i have the new fishie :)
