Pic of tank compared to current tank.
I've read a lot of marineland quality on their rimless. I decided to cut it apart and reseal it with black silicone. The seams on this are very very sloppy and have read issues with bubbles. I also decided to go with a custom center overflow with the tank.
The ATI 8x24w shippied out today and should get it by the end of the week. Haven't decided on bulbs yet.

Looks great and like a fun project! You should take a picture either of your current setup or the new project and put it in the photo contest. There are more prizes still coming in!
