I use TaxCut software and do my own taxes. Always a joy. But I was just going through the long list of potential Wisconsin credits, and one of them is called "water consumption credit".

When on a journey, it is good to have an end, but in the end it's the journey that counts.
The credit is available to an industrial customer of a municipal water utility that is located in a federal renewal community zone in Wisconsin, and whose average annual water consumption from the utility for a 24-month period exceeds 1,000,000 Ccf. Ccf” means 100 cubic feet.
I Believe you would have to use over 311,000 gallons a month or more in order to qualify for this credit.
