There is Joe's Juice and other products that kill them - but you need to follow the directions - before you squirt the solution over the anemone you need to turn off all flow so it can stay there and kill it. Berghia nudis will eat them - person at the swap bringing some, but I believe they are sold out. Peppermint shrimp are hit and miss. Copperband butterflies do a good job - but they are a touchy fish to keep - tough to keep because they will only eat frozen foods - get ich pretty easily.

+1 on Rueg's suggestions, but more info would help narrow down the possibilities. One rock has aiptasia, or all the rock in the tank? How big is the tank? How many aiptasia (10, 100, 1000)?

Copper bands will not so much eradicate them, as they keep them chewed down, same with pep shrimp.

I know from personal experience that boiling water injected does a good job as wel, but again you can only get the surface ones. Think of these solutions like brushing your teeth. You get the majority but there are some beneath . I always seem to have a sudden "bloom" after I have used pickling lime (kalk paste/genereic joes). I am trying the nudi's now, and will let you know if they take em down for me.

Peppermint shrimp. If there's nothing aggressive in your tank that will eat them...that's what I recommend. I tried zapping each one of the suckers, but there were always more that I couldn't see that kept reproducing...tossed some peppermints in there and I haven't seen a single one for months

Peppermint shrimp from FL will eat them. if they are from cali they will not. that is according to the guy up at F&S.

Syringe with calcium...stab the little suckers, inject with calcium and wahla....they are gone!

all my aptashia was gone I bought 8 pepperment shrimp and over a 2 week span nothing was left and I had tons. Oh and I had Jelly bring some of his rocks over to my house and my peppermenet devowered them in no time his rocks were nice and clean when he got them back!!
