New to reefing...soon I hope!

Just wanted to say hi and thanks for having this website. It is full of great info.

I live in De Forest and work on the west side of Madison...should really move closer to work....

I have never attempted salt water, but would like to soon. For the better part of 13 years I have been into freshwater. I started with the little 10 gallon, then moved up to a 20 and a 50. I loved my 50 gallon and my collection of Oscars, but sadly one of my mom's friends dropped one side of my tank during a move and since then I have been content with my little 6 gallon. Freshwater is fun, but it is time I moved up in size again and entered the salt water realm.

I thank everyone for their posts on this forum as it will help me answer the tons of questions I have.

Keep your eyes peel on the boards.

Youll find complete setups from time to time for much less than if you buy part by part.

Saltwater isnt as scary as many make it. If you can afford to do it, I say go for it.

Welcome to the boards,
