One of the ballasts for my BioCube 14 failed a few days ago. I called Oceanic to order a replacement and a spare just in case (expecting and willing to pay, credit card in hand).

I talked to the warranty department and was very pleased, they simply asked where the replacement ballasts should be shipped. I'm getting the replacement as well as a spare at no cost!

They apparently are aware of the problem with ballasts and as such are not giving customers any hassle about replacements.
