Re: My 25G Cadlight (lots of new pictures)
Yeah, I tried a couple macro pictures last night on the bowfront and immediately realized that they won't work. Unfortunate since macro photography was one of my favorite parts of the hobby. What that has done now is made me drastically change my plans for what I want to do with my tanks at home. Right now I have a 40 breeder with a couple turtles and a koi in it. I think I will move those to the bowfront and then bring my drilled and close-looped 40 breeder from work (that sadly enough only has 1 lone goldfish in it) from work to the house and put the 40 breeder that houses the turtles back into the stand of the tank I build for saltwater. It will be a lot of work, but I think in the long run it makes the most sense if I want to get back into saltwater.

It's probably worth the extra effort. In the long run you'll probably be more engaged in your tank if you can photograph it, at least that was my thinking with the new purchase.

So far, so good. Got the 40 breeder from work taken home without breaking it
The turtles are in the 46 bow. I've got sand and rock sitting in the 40 and tonight I plan on putting baffles in the other 40 breeder that will be a sump. Shooting for water in the display tank probably tomorrow and have the system running Wednesday.
A ton more work, but I think in the long run it was the right thing to do.

Wasn't as bad as when I ordered two boxes of salt. The Fedex guy said without a smile 'Please sign for your bricks'

When on a journey, it is good to have an end, but in the end it's the journey that counts.

Yeah, eventually. Are you interested?
I'm thinking probably tank, stand, and light for around $200.

How did you get that clam to pose so perfectly , you must have cemented him in there like that,
what lens do you have on your cannon, any chance it is less than 500$

The clam just balances in the sand like that. He is attached to a small frag disk so I can move him around if I ever want to. The lens I use is the Tamron 180mm. It's not under $500, but it is still pretty reasonable.
