What is it? Should I clean them up?

I noticed some white dandelion parachute like stuff showed up on my live rock. Should I remove them? What is it? See photos. These are about 1/4 inch size. ImageImage

Looks like mini feather dusters-good stuff. I had good crop pop up for a time, until my hermits wiped them out.

They may be hydroids. If they are, and you lightly brush up against them - they will sting you and leave a itchy little red welt. If they are feather dusters they will not do that. Hydroids can really spread fast.
